needs! Our team is dedicated to providing our brides and bridal parties with 
the best possible experience on their wedding day. 

Prior to booking your wedding day services with us, we highly recommend that you
schedule a hair & makeup trial. Doing so will ensure that you achieve the exact look  
you want for your special day. 

Bridalbyhaydee requires a $75-250 non-refundable deposit to secure your 
wedding date. Once we reserve the date, it is exclusively YOURS! We do not
schedule any other weddings or in-salon appointments on that day. The remaining
balance is due in full the day of the wedding, and must be paid upon arrival. Please note that a 20% gratuity charge is applied to parties of 4 or more.

 A standard $50 travel fee applies to on-location services within San Diego ($75 for travel to Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, PALA Casino, Rancho Bernardo, and Temecula). Travel fees outside of San Diego County must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties in advance.

Wedding day details
To ensure that we arrive on time and that your bridal party beauty preparations go smoothly, our senior stylist / wedding specialist will need a detailed copy of your wedding day timeline in advance. Additionally, all persons in the bridal party must arrive with clean, dry hair as well as a clean, moisturized face. This saves tremendous time and allows our stylists to stay on schedule. Should someone arrive with wet hair, an additional $25 fee will be assessed (per person) for the required blow dry.
